The Campaign

A seat at every table,
a voice in every room.

For centuries, the language of diplomacy has been written largely by men. This campaign honors the women who reshaped that language — negotiating peace, drafting treaties, and bridging cultures that had never spoken to each other.

Today, fewer than one in four ambassadors worldwide are women. We tell the stories of those who are changing that statistic, and invite a new generation to imagine themselves in the room.

Identity & Relationships

Diplomacy begins
in conversation.

Equal representation is not symbolic. When women take part in negotiations, peace agreements are 35% more likely to last fifteen years. Inclusion changes outcomes — at the table, and in our communities.

This campaign connects global diplomacy with the everyday practice of listening, cooperation, and respectful communication.
